Thank you for purchasing an Evari product. It’s important to us that you are completely satisfied with your bike. However, if issues should arise, please follow the instructions laid out below in order to inform us of any problems.
Evari warranty includes for the original owner the frame, fork, handlebars and original component parts of each new Evari brand bicycle to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a 2 year period from date of delivery and only for material defects that already existed on delivery.
On the delivery date of the bike to the first owner, if the bike appears to have suffered damage during transit please contact Evari within one working day of receiving the bike to register the defect. Any defects caused as a result of shipping will be rectified by Evari.
Any Evari component failure attributable to faulty materials or workmanship during manufacture will be rectified free of charge by Evari for two years from the date that the bike is delivered to the first owner.
For two years, from the date that the bike is delivered to the first owner, any defect of the Carbon monocoque+ attributable to faulty materials or workmanship during manufacture will be rectified free of charge by Evari.
The term “defect of the carbon monocoque+” refers to de-lamination of any carbon surface throughout the frame, forks, handlebars and seat post causing a weakness to develop.
All other original bike components supplied by other manufacturers (non-Evari) shall be subject to the warranty provisions of the manufacturer in question.
Register your warranty request by sending a photo of your bike and receipt, and email to us along with your order number. Once we have approved the request we will arrange shipment of your bike back to us to check.
Natural wear of parts such as brake pads, brake discs, seals, slide rings, handlebar grips, chains, bearings, tyres, shifting components, foam parts, spokes. Any technical modifications of the bike by the buyer and any modifications to the version delivered, including repainting. Non Evari components and parts. Damage caused by normal wear. Damage due to unsuitable cleaning agents. Damage caused by failing to follow the owner’s manual. Bicycles serviced by anyone other than a Bosch registered service centre. Accidental damage caused through collision with an object or person or as a result of dropping the bike or the bike falling over.
